1. The National Curriculum and Textbook Board supply free Textbook through Upazila secondary education office which   receive, distribute, control and send the information to the appropriate authorities in time next year  textbook demand.
2. Provide information requested in accordance with the Right to Information Act 2009.
3. On behalf of the director general to the appointment of the administrative head of the institution in the private education institute.
4. After the appointment of teachers / employees in all non-government institutions send to  secondary and higher education Rangpur region, Rangpur recommendation for Monthly Payment Order  (MPO) through  online.
5. Send recommendation to Deputy Director, Secondary and Higher Education, Rangpur Zone, Rangpur for the teachers / staff changing their  scale (Experience Scale/ Higher Scale/ Time Scale / B.D Scale)
6. Send recommendation along with the Deputy Director, Secondary and Higher Education, Rangpur Zone, Rangpur for name correction, birth date correction, and bank account number correction and other amendments to teachers / employees of MPO.
